By creating an Arthemis vCards account you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Arthemis vCards is a platform for creating digital contact profiles, with contact buttons, links, a QR code and usage metrics.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide truthful information.
Your profiles are public to anyone with the link. Only publish data and images you have the right to use, and get the permission of each person whose profile you create. You may not use the service to deceive, impersonate others, send people to malicious sites or for unlawful purposes.
You keep all rights to your brand, logo and content. You grant us a license to use them only to generate and serve your profiles.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or close accounts and profiles that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, regardless of conflict of law rules.
